🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

 You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact.avenuemart@gmail.com. Cancellations after this window will not be processed as your order will have already entered our dispatch system.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

 At LUMELABS.STORE we aim to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer a replacement or exchange within 03 days of delivery.


✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges:


  • Return requests must be made within 03 days of receiving the product.
  • For damaged or broken items, please email images of the damaged product and your invoice to contact.avenuemart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with no missing or damaged parts.
  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with product quality are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
  • Products purchased outside of LUMELABS.STORE must be returned via the original seller.
  • In case of replacement or exchange, new product will be delivered within 7 Days after we received original product.


⚠️ Important Notes:

 
  • A ₹100 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit for all approved returns, except in cases where:
  1. The wrong item was delivered.
  2. The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds. Customers may request an exchange with a product of equal value.
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be Credited within 7–10 business days upon receiving the returned product to the original source of payment.
  • In case of a refund if you simply don't required the product with unnecessarily reasons then, 20% handling charges or ₹100 whichever is more will be deducted if we arrange a return pickup.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service when sending returns.

💸 Refund Process (If Applicable)

 

Refunds are provided only in cases where a replacement product is unavailable. Refunds are processed via:

  • Bank Transfer (account details will be required)
  • PayTM or Google Pay (if preferred)

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.


🔁 Exchange Process

 

Exchanges are offered for:

  • Damaged/defective items
  • Incorrect items received

If the replacement is unavailable, the value can be used to purchase another item of equal value.

Points to remember -  Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition.
